What a cool site you've created. I thought I'd tell you about something I've happened upon. I find that drinking alot of water, especially during the holidays curbs my appetite. Since I'm not crazy about the taste of plain water, I use a new product that I discovered at the grocery store to enhance my water. The product is called True Lemon and it tastes as real as it sounds. I keep it with me and add it to bottled water or water, when I'm in a restaurant. Wherever I go I have the True Lemon with me. Now I find myself drinking more water then ever - and eating less food.
